Dearest Diary,
Today has been a very rough day. I stayed up all night writing endless
pages of useless words for my college applications. I probably should have
started working earlier. I had to pluck several of my own feathers off my
back to write—I couldn’t stop breaking my previous one! Although it has
been a rough night, I have only cried thirteen times. Needless to say, I
am going to shower and will likely cry again!
Good night!
Dearest Diary,
Today was an emotional day. We celebrate the brave sacrifices countless
have made before us today in class. As the teacher listed off the men and
women who have served this great nation, I could not help but tear up at
the thought of my past family members who sacrificed their lives for the
health of the nation. Rest in Peace, in Gravy, and in Cranberry Sauce
Uncle Baste, Granny Beans, Auntie Pie, Cousin Pumpkin, and Grandpa Potato.
Brb gotta cry again.
Dearest Diary,
Today was just like any other day. I was playing in the sun with my
girlfriend. We were stuffing ourselves with some worms in the field when I
felt a pair of gloved hands rip me out of the pile of dry leaves. Is it
bad that all I could think of was why the heck I wasted so much time on
those those dang college essays??? Like at least let me know if I was
accepted. And now here I am about to be stuffed with things that aren't
worms.
fml.
